Maintenance Operations Associate

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Associate to join our team at General Services Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and lubricating door hinges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to resolve resident complaints.
Necessary Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- EPA 608 Certification Type II or Universal is necessary.
- A minimum of two years' experience in maintenance and repair is preferred.
- Must possess personal hand tools and have a reliable vehicle.
