Job Summary

CAPITAL AREA HEALTH NETWORK is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all organizational facilities, buildings, and grounds.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours based on the center and organization's needs.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement plans to address maintenance issues and improve facility conditions.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
