Sales Representative for Medical Surgical Supplies in Florida

Role Overview: As a freelance Medical Surgical Non-Acute Care Sales Representative, you will engage with our mutual customers daily, persuading them to transition their supply purchases to bttn. Your existing relationships will be crucial in securing customer commitment and increasing the percentage of their overall supply expenditure directed towards our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the Medical/Surgical distribution industry to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a list of prospective relationships to facilitate discussions about the bttn solution.
  • Demonstrate a high level of urgency in all customer interactions.
  • Drive company growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing business relationships.
  • Engage with potential or existing customers to encourage business transactions related to Medical/Surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, laboratory, and equipment.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products and services.
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales to generate Gross Profit.
  • Process orders accurately and handle grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • Be accountable for achieving target sales goals and go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Prospect for new customers and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Compensation: As a 1099 Freelancer, you have the flexibility to set your hours and earn a competitive commission rate, with the potential to transition to a W2 position based on your sales performance. This role operates on a 100% commission basis, with commissions disbursed monthly, offering an attractive earning potential.
