Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide culturally competent counseling services, connect individuals with wraparound support services, and provide a full-range of supportive SUD services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging counseling services to help individuals recover from substance use disorders.
  • Connect individuals with wraparound support services in the community.
  • Provide a full-range of supportive SUD services, including brief individual counseling, intensive counseling, care coordination, and consultations.
  • Engage family members in the recovery experience.
Qualifications
  • CT State licensure preferred, as an LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT.
  • CAC or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field.
  • Experience providing evidenced-based SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Understanding of a recovery-oriented and consumer-driven delivery system.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
