Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our organization, serving as the voice of Aire Serv during support interactions. Your duties will encompass managing service requests, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating appointments. By upholding our core values, you will demonstrate respect and courtesy to all clients and colleagues.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales communications
  • Receive incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Efficiently schedule appointments
  • Delegate daily tasks and calls to team members
  • Engage in marketing and sales activities to generate additional business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and address customer complaints
  • Maintain office operations by organizing procedures and preparing purchase orders
  • Perform additional duties as required, including cross-training in related roles
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with proficient data entry skills
  • Positive demeanor
  • Team-oriented individual capable of working independently
  • General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills are advantageous

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
