Key Responsibilities:Enhancing Client Satisfaction:

Act as the initial point of contact for laboratory personnel, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring resolution to minimize disruptions. Regularly engage with service providers to maintain clear communication channels.

Assist in the organization, auditing, and compliance of documentation in line with established procedures.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, including lab staff and management, to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Coordinate equipment maintenance by liaising with team members and laboratory staff, facilitating the scheduling of necessary maintenance and repair visits.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to operational assignments.


Service Coordination:

Monitor and respond to service requests, ensuring timely communication and processing of equipment service needs.

Schedule routine maintenance and accurately document all service activities within the applicable management systems.

Ensure that customer requests are addressed within the specified timelines outlined in service agreements.

Review and organize preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.

Follow up on service events to confirm completion and customer satisfaction, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with both VALIDATION ASSOCIATES LLC and client personnel to uphold quality and compliance standards within the laboratory environment.

Assist in maintaining laboratory documentation and facilitate archiving processes.

Provide timely updates to laboratory users regarding the impact of service activities.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of laboratory support services and may require cross-training to assist in other areas as needed.


Qualifications:

Associate's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within a scientific setting, or a High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
