Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

At Hertz, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with our management team to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on operations and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
