Wedding Day Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Day Coordinator to join our team at Lessing's Hospitality Group.

Job Summary:

The Wedding Day Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of wedding events at our premier catering locations. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
  • Manage wedding timelines and schedules to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of events
  • Perform general duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
