Job Title: Condominium Association Manager

At Ocean Rivera, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Association Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury condominium properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all phases of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Approve purchases and contracts with Board approval and within the constraints of the budget and Board guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to maintain and improve the property, including regular inspections and addressing any areas of concern.
  • Assist in planning the annual budget, approve payroll, and operate within the confines of the budget.
  • Develop a proposed annual plan of action/priorities for Board consideration.
  • Understand and effectively implement chapter 718 laws and regulations related to Florida Condominium Associations.
  • Attend Board Meetings and prepare the Board of Director's meeting agendas in cooperation with the Board President, including all back-up material, resolutions and meeting minutes.
  • Supervise and work with staff to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the entire property.
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University strongly preferred.
  • Must possess a Valid Florida CAM license and have onsite luxury hi-rise experience to be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years successful experience as a property manager.
  • Self-directed and motivated, organized and able to follow a project through to completion.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technology Literate.
  • Collaborative, able to set high expectations in a respectful environment.
  • Excellent understanding of all aspects of Condominium Management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to easily walk building and grounds on a regular basis each day.
  • Able to observe the grounds, building and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to type, use the computer and monitors.
  • Ability to communicate through written and spoken word.
Work Schedule:
  • Typically 5 days/week.
  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evenings for meetings.
