About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, create treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Promote education and awareness about mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
Requirements
  • A board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry (BCAP) or eligibility for certification within one year.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina.
  • At least two years of experience working in a pediatric or adolescent psychiatric setting.
