Organizational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team at GD Resources LLC. As a key member of our OCM team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of critical enterprise systems and ensuring the readiness of our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a structured organizational change management approach to minimize the impact of change on personnel.
- Establish and maintain relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and sponsorship.
- Conduct organizational change readiness assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee adoption and proficiency.
- Measure and report on the success of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Change Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style and content for various audiences.
- Proven experience in conducting meetings and making presentations, with the ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule.
- Prosci or other Change Management certification.
- Previous experience with large-scale, technology-related change.
