Job Description

At Blue Origin, we are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to support the HR Business Partner Operations team. This role will lead and manage strategic HR initiatives, processes, and projects aligned with operational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience in HR practices within a manufacturing environment, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Attention to detail, advanced analytics capabilities, and the ability to deliver executive-ready work are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major HR initiatives across the operations function, working closely with COE partners in DEI, Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and HR Analytics.
  • Develop and manage project milestones, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of initiatives critical to manufacturing and production objectives.
  • Build and manage cross-functional partnerships to drive seamless execution of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational goals and production schedules.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain momentum in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, project management, or business operations, with exposure to manufacturing or production environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage HR initiatives and programs in a high-demand, labor-intensive setting.
  • Experience supporting a large hourly workforce with workforce planning, shift management, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver executive-ready presentations and work packages.
  • Advanced analytics and data reporting skills, with experience using HRIS systems and analytical tools.
