**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to members, potential members, and guests
* Assist with membership and program sales
* Handle telephone calls and respond to member inquiries
* Regulate lobby traffic and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Provide information about YMCA programs and services
* Know and execute YMCA policies and procedures
* Perform cash handling and balancing daily transactions
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
