Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Casino Host to join our team. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for fostering a fun and welcoming environment for our guests, promoting a positive influence in the community, and participating in company-sponsored events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personal relationships with new and first-time guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide exceptional service to assigned VIP players, issuing complimentary amenities as needed.
• Invite guests to enjoy amenities and special events through personalized communication.
• Host outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters.
• Promote casino events through telemarketing and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with casino operations and other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must enjoy hosting others and creating a fun environment.
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with guests.
• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate experience.
• Must be proficient in computer programs and have prior experience with casino marketing programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external guests.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
