Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Casino Host to join our team. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for fostering a fun and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personal relationships with new and first-time guests
• Provide personalized service to assigned VIP players, including issuing complimentary amenities as needed
• Invite guests to enjoy our amenities and special events through personal contact and correspondence
• Host outside entertainment for our guests, such as sporting events, dinners, and theaters
• Promote casino events through telemarketing and other communication channels
• Collaborate with casino operations and other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to departmental quality standards
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
• 21 years of age or older
• Enjoy hosting others and creating a fun environment
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with guests
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate experience
• Proficient in computer programs, with prior experience in casino marketing programs preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external guests
• Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
