BRIA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. As a nurse supervisor, you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit, supervising activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses, charting and maintaining documentation for residents, preparing and administering medications, and developing and maintaining a positive working rapport with all team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit
  • Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents
  • Prepare and administer medications as needed
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
  • Valid, current nursing license in Florida
  • Current CPR certification
  • At least three years of experience in long term care
