Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries from clients seeking coverage for their rental properties.
  • Quickly convert leads by responding to quote requests made through our online platform.
  • Engage with customers primarily via phone, utilizing SMS and email as needed.
  • Adapt to evolving technologies and processes to enhance our workflows.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to provide feedback that drives product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of two years as a successful, licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer with a solid understanding of Homeowners and Dwelling Fire policies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Results-Oriented: A competitive spirit with a strong drive to achieve sales goals efficiently.
  • Self-Motivated: A disciplined individual who can work independently and is accountable for their performance.
  • Goal-Driven: Willing to invest time and effort beyond traditional working hours to meet and exceed targets.

Licensing Requirements

  • An active Property and Casualty insurance license in your state of residence is required.
  • We will assist in obtaining any necessary non-resident licenses.

Compensation Package

  • Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $175,000, including a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential.
