Overview:
Are you a CPA with a robust background in M&A transactions? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to enhance our transactional risk insurance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from traditional accounting practices into a specialized area of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the viability of Representations and Warranties Insurance and Transactional Risk Insurance options for M&A transactions through advanced financial risk analysis and negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with legal teams and underwriters to conduct thorough due diligence on coverage applications.
  • Tailor RWI policies for sanctioned M&A deals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting related to Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA designation.
  • Proficient in assessing the accuracy of financial statements and the existence of significant contracts when reviewing insurance applications.

Compensation:
This high-level position offers a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $400,000, along with an annual bonus and comprehensive health benefits, including a matched 401(k) plan.
