We are OEC Group, a reputable NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981. Our goal is to provide exceptional logistics services and exceed customer expectations. To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced Service Excellence Specialist to join our Service Excellence team.

This role involves developing and implementing standardized IT processes and best practices, fostering a culture of service excellence, and leading process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, developing training programs, partnering with IT service owners, and engaging with business stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or similar roles. A working knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.) and project management methodologies is essential. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL) and automation technologies (e.g., RPA) is also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$140,000 annually based on education and experience level. Our comprehensive benefits package includes full health insurance coverage, life and accidental insurance coverage, vacation/personal/floating days, and a 401K retirement plan with up to 3% company match.
