Our mission is to drive operational excellence through the development of standardized IT processes and best practices. As a Service Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in our Service Excellence team to foster a culture of service excellence and lead process improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with 2-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or similar roles. You should possess a strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.) and project management methodologies. Additionally, experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQL) and automation technologies (e.g., RPA) is preferred.

The successful candidate will facilitate the development of our IT Service Management framework, develop and deploy training and coaching programs, partner with IT service owners to identify service gaps, and engage with business stakeholders to gather voice of customer inputs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$140,000 annually based on education and experience level. Our benefits package includes full health insurance coverage, life and accidental insurance coverage, vacation/personal/floating days, and a 401K retirement plan with up to 3% company match.
