We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at BayWa r.e. Solar Systems LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local solar installers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Job Summary:The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and qualifying new business leads
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners
- Providing technical support and training to customers
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least two years of sales experience in the solar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Base salary with uncapped earnings potential
- 401k with up to 5% employer match
