Canvassing Manager

Momentum Solar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our canvassing efforts and developing strategies to grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Teach, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals
* Develop and implement plans to increase lead generation volume and positive outcomes
* Create or refine systems to support team objectives
* Identify strategies to guide new representative success
* Develop and implement manpower growth plans to support team goals
Requirements:
* 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience
* Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others
* Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques
* Professional presence
* Experience creating systems that drive new agent development
* Experience growing and scaling teams
* Understanding of recruiting best practices
