International Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a self-directed individual to join our Corporate HR Operations Team at Planet Professional. The International Benefits Specialist will provide a full range of HR support to our global HR team, focusing on employee onboarding, transaction processing, and international benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, communicate, maintain, and process the company's benefits programs, including group and individual health, disability, and life insurance.
  • Ensure data integrity, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other business functions to resolve benefit issues and provide basic reporting and data analysis in Excel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of benefits experience, including international benefits.
  • HRIS experience, preferably with Oracle.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Comfortable interacting with other business functions to resolve benefit issues.
  • Ability to provide basic reporting and data analysis in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Combination of international and domestic benefits experience.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • Pivot tables and V lookups in Excel.
  • Oracle HRIS experience.
