  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and effectively relate to customers.
  • Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are required and must be obtainable.
