Director of Digital Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Experience to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Experience Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with Walmart's business goals and objectives.
- Drive Technology Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology operations to ensure seamless delivery of digital experiences.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with merchandising, site operations, catalog, marketing, SEO, design, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital experience initiatives.
- Monitor Experience Performance: Analyze key metrics to measure the performance of digital experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure Business and Partner Needs are Met: Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives and consult with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Promote Company Policies and Values: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operate with Excellence: Lead key operational processes, including weekly and monthly business reviews, and management of the issues and ideas intake process.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
- Experience: 8 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field, experience in strategy, merchandising, marketing, consulting, or account management, prior eCommerce or retail experience, and experience managing cross-functional projects and relationships.
