Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in supporting students with developmental and behavioral needs in a K-12 setting.

As a Registered Behavior Technician with ProCare Therapy, you will be at the heart of supporting students to reach their full potential while collaborating with staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support to students with developmental and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform instruction
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to support student behavior
Requirements
  • Active RBT Certification
  • Prior experience working with special education students
  • Mild/moderate/severe experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual
  • Pass a drug test and a background check
