Job Summary

Woodfords Family Services is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Rehabilitative & Community Supports (RCS) Program, you will provide hands-on support to consumers and their families, implementing individualized treatment plans to promote skills related to behavior management, communication, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to manage interfering behaviors across multiple settings and environments.
  • Complete and accurately document progress summaries of goals and objectives, as well as other required paperwork assigned by Field Supervisor.
  • Travel and transport consumers to community activities as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in early intervention preferred.
  • Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and personal vehicle with current proof of auto insurance.
  • Must complete training and obtain certification as Behavioral Health Professional within 1 year of hire.
What We Offer
  • Casual/per-diem position, 12 hours per week.
  • Tuesday - Friday: 3:30pm-6:30pm.
  • $22.00/hour - commensurate with experience.
  • $375 Sign-on Bonus - eligible at 6 months of employment.
