The MuleSoft Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of integration strategies, architecture, and development principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design and develop MuleSoft-based integration solutions, emphasizing scalability, reusability, and best practices.
- Lead Salesforce integration projects, ensuring the smooth flow of data between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft as the integration layer.
- Manage and optimize integrations on CloudHub, leveraging its capabilities for scalability and reliability.
- Implement robust testing processes, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to integration best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex integrations with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in developing high-availability and fault-tolerant integrations using MuleSoft with Salesforce.
- A minimum 5 years' experience leading technical teams, including onshore/offshore MuleSoft developers.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing integration solutions on CloudHub/On-Prem.
- Prior experience with third party vendor integrations, such as RDS, LexisNexis, DealerTrack, RouteOne, Stripe, OpenLending and more.
- MuleSoft Developer and MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce/MuleSoft/3rd party integrations in an Auto Finance setting.
