As a Department Leader at Kroger, you will be responsible for assisting with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department. You will also assist with managing cash control, sales, and cash items and records for the store. * Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews
* Assist with creating and executing budgets and scheduling of labor
* Assist in the development and implementation of department action plans
* Manage the scheduling of Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage
* Assist with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department
* Assist with managing cash control, sales, and cash items and records for the store
