Job Title: Member Services Representative

At Planet Fitness, we're committed to creating a Judgement Free Zone where everyone feels welcome and supported in their fitness journey. As a Member Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Engagement: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Account Management: Assist with updating member accounts, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Club Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to navigate our system and perform tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in fitness and health is essential.
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Consistently meeting deadlines and being available for shifts is vital.
Physical Demands:
  • Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shifts.
  • Talking and Communication: Continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts.
  • Lifting and Moving: Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
