We are seeking both full-time and part-time dedicated and customer-oriented front desk personnel to enhance our guest services department.

Your role will involve greeting visitors, managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure we provide a remarkable experience for each guest.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to prioritizing our guests' needs. If you enjoy engaging with individuals in a friendly work atmosphere, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns as needed
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to confirm that guest accommodations are prepared

Administrative Duties:
maintain accurate and current records of all hotel guest accounts.

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding guests' requirements in-person and online, including room reservations, pricing, amenities, available accommodations, loyalty programs, and special requests
  • Check in, register, and check out guests at the hotel, issue keys and room assignments, and securely handle credit card details

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
  • Skilled in managing phone communications and handling high-pressure situations
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in the hospitality sector or a related field
  • Exhibits strong customer service capabilities, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and effective time management
