Human Resources Executive

Position Overview:
The HR Director plays a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of five professionals, ensuring that the objectives of Mountain Shadows Support Group are achieved through effective Human Resources management. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive functions of the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and maintenance of employee documentation.
- Manage benefits administration and facilitate training and professional development initiatives for staff members.
- Support management in addressing employee relations matters and conduct internal investigations as required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of HR operations and its critical contribution to the success of the organization. Essential skills include:
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. A certification in Human Resource Management is highly desirable.
Applicants should have a minimum of five years of senior-level HR experience within organizations of 300 or more employees. Experience in non-profit or healthcare settings is strongly preferred.
Legal Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan with employer matching.
