Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with wage regulations and compensation methodologies.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with compensation surveys is essential.
  • Proficiency in UKG Ultipro and PayFactors is preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint is beneficial.

Salary range: $95,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience.
