Job Title: Psychiatric Provider AideJob Summary:

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide to support our Behavioral Health Department in Mount Vernon, WA. The successful candidate will work closely with psychiatric prescribers, mental health therapists, and chemical dependency professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas, including preparing charts, prescription refill requests, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Provide screenings and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
  • Participate actively as a team member in the delivery of client services and coordination of community support services.
  • Ensure agency compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication storage, maintenance, dispensation, and waste logs.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State.
  • CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Minimum CNA, MA, EMT, LPN, or RN licensure.
  • Active Washington State Department of Health license.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • No history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years immediately prior to being hired.
  • Washington State Driver's License required.
  • Familiarity with computer software desired.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
