Strategic Account Management Professional

PI (Physik Instrumente), LP is a world leader in high precision positioning systems, offering Nano Positioning, Micro Positioning, Precision Motion, and Automation Systems. Our product lines include piezoelectric-based nano positioners, motorized stepper and servo stages, and linear motor stages. Our customers are leading OEMs and researchers in high-tech fields such as semiconductor, photonics, biomedical, aerospace, astronomy, metrology, scientific instrumentation, and scientific research in microscopy and beam lines.
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Customer Success to deliver satisfaction for key North American customers. This role will measure, develop, and manage operational success for critical OEM customers. The successful candidate will be based in our Hopkinton, MA location and will be responsible for meticulous coordination of company resources, management of internal and external stakeholders, and account growth strategy development.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, ideally supporting manufacturing clients. Strong understanding of customer success best practices and methodologies is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, analytical mindset, and proficiency in customer success software and CRM tools are essential.
