Remittance Processing Specialist IV-1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Remittance Processing Specialist IV to join our team at Deluxe Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing moderately complex control processes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day functions of deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing
  • Research and resolve non-conforming images
  • Act as a backup to the Lead in their absence
  • Perform advanced back-end functions including rejects, reconciliation, and balancing of deposits
  • Communicate with clients regarding work in progress or completed work
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Detail oriented and quality conscious
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of work experience
