Remittance Processing Specialist IV-1st Shift

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Remittance Processing Specialist IV to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing moderately complex control processes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Perform day-to-day functions of deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing
- Research and resolve non-conforming images
- Act as a backup to the Lead in their absence
- Handle advanced back-end functions, including rejects, reconciliation, and balancing of deposits
- Communicate with clients regarding work in progress or completed work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in data entry or operator functions
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Flexible schedule, possibly including weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or off shifts
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of work experience
This is a highly skilled position that requires expertise in data entry and operator functions. As a Remittance Processing Specialist IV, you will be responsible for performing complex control processes with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all client work is deposited and transmitted accurately and efficiently.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
