About the Role

This is a temporary fill position for 6-8 weeks, which could potentially be extended. We are seeking an experienced Facility Services Director to oversee customer service coordinators' performance on day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will plan and schedule the workforce according to facility projections, budgets, and forecasts, including authorization of overtime. They will also ensure wage/hour compliance, train staff, verify certifications, and monitor individual employee productivity levels.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with Blue Yonder - Warehouse Management System (WMS) and extensive customer service experience. They should also have account management experience and proficiency in customer-facing software. Additionally, they should understand billing structures and operations, as well as lot codes/identities knowledge.
