Job Summary:

FullBloom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of our financial operations group, providing financial analysis and planning support to our field operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the operations team to implement strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improve margins.
  • Conduct monthly calls with operations leadership to communicate financial implications of current results and how they affect the run rate in future periods.
  • Promote financial literacy with operations team through training sessions.
  • Prepare the analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results and key performance indicators against Budget, Forecast and other internal benchmarks.
  • Identify and explain variances and trends in the business and communicate this information to the operations team on a timely basis.
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial forecasts in partnership with the operations team, including the identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Provide consultative input and business analysis to support operating planning and forecasting.
  • Partner with the accounting function to ensure the accuracy of the monthly financial close.
  • Prepare and review Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts.
  • Maintains consistent financial operating policies and procedures, drives the identification of best practices.
  • Preparation of special purpose or ad hoc analyses as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Three (3) to six (6) years of financial analysis experience with a focus on operational improvement, analytical and modeling skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite and/or PowerBI preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Excel/Word skills, ability to work independently; thrive in fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
