Job Summary

JEVS Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for all aspects of operational financial management and performance evaluation, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and accounts receivable administration of assigned program departments.

This role is hybrid, with at least 3 days onsite required weekly. You will collaborate with program and Information Technology team members in implementation and ongoing support of accounting-related capabilities of program software, including interfaces to the general ledger.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. CPA and/or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience and demonstrated ability.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • General accounting expertise as well as attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with non-profit accounting standards, including those governing revenue recognition.
  • Strong technology skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base pay for this position ranges from $84,000 to $105,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
