Service Operations Supervisor
As the Service Operations Supervisor at Motion Control Suspension, you will be tasked with managing all facets of our damper service division. We seek a meticulous individual with robust leadership and interpersonal capabilities. You will lead a team of technicians, collaborate with service advisors, and liaise with other department heads.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and allocate service and repair assignments.
- Work in conjunction with the receiving department to guarantee a smooth influx of all incoming service and repair requests into the service division.
- Partner with service advisors to ensure that service repair requests and travel documentation clearly outline the objectives to meet customer expectations.
- Uphold a high standard of quality assurance and efficient turnaround times on all active repair requests.
- Facilitate training for both existing and new team members.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness, organization, and structured workflow within the department.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven management and leadership background.
- Competence in operating a lathe and mill.
- Solid understanding of hydraulics, with a preference for experience in the production and servicing of automotive dampers.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to perform under pressure.
