Adjunct Faculty Opportunity in Architecture

College of DuPage is seeking qualified adjunct faculty members to teach Architecture (Construction Safety Fundamentals) courses. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, as well as student evaluation and timely submission of required paperwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Architecture (Construction Safety Fundamentals) courses in various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, hybrid, and blended formats.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Submit required paperwork, including course syllabi and student evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a Master's degree plus relevant work experience.
  • Professional experience in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • OSHA Construction Safety Training preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching.
  • Access to personal technology, including a home computer with the ability to teach online.
