Job Title: Adjunct Faculty, Architecture

College of DuPage is seeking qualified candidates for an adjunct faculty position teaching Architectural Computer Modeling. The successful candidate will be committed to teaching in a multicultural environment and welcome the opportunity to work with students with diverse learning abilities.

Job Summary:

Adjunct Faculty instructors at College of DuPage are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Architectural Computer Modeling course
  • Develop and implement course curriculum
  • Evaluate student performance
  • Submit required paperwork
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant professional work experience
  • Desired software skills: 3DS Max, Sketchup, Rendering plugins (Vray, Lumion, or Enscape), Rhino and Grasshopper
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with VR, AR and or AI rendering technology, professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB accredited program
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to teach remotely with technology
  • Experience in online or virtual teaching
