Job Summary:

College of DuPage is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach Architecture Computer Modeling. The successful candidate will be committed to teaching in a multicultural environment and welcome the opportunity to work with students with diverse learning abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Architecture Computer Modeling courses in a classroom, lab, or clinical setting
  • Develop and implement course plans and instructional materials
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
  • Submit required paperwork related to instruction in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Desired software skills: 3DS Max, Sketchup, Rendering plugins (Vray, Lumion, or Enscape), Rhino and Grasshopper

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VR, AR, and AI rendering technology
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a NAAB accredited program

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred
  • Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required
