Senior Financial Analytics Professional

The Senior Financial Analytics Professional plays a critical role in managing data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and specific business performance issues. This position involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate, model, interpret, and analyze data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
  • Explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
  • Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of technical experience
  • Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
  • SAS/SQL knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, running and creating functions, pivot tables, and charts
  • Must be able to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
  • Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Budgeting, accounting, or finance experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI: Data Visualization
