About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Produce Team Lead to drive sales growth, maintain exceptional quality standards, and lead by example in our produce department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of produce associates to achieve sales targets, meet customer expectations, and maintain store appearance
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering procedures, and ensure accurate and timely replenishment
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and support the development of associates

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 12+ months retail experience, preferably in produce or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for natural foods, excellent customer service skills, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
