Job Description

This is a full-time, tenure-track position that will begin in Fall 2025. The successful candidate will teach courses that fulfill the first-year writing requirement for our general education program, as well as other courses in the writing program, as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a PhD in Writing Studies or English with specialization in writing pedagogy. We also welcome specializations in writing program administration, writing assessment, and cultural rhetorics.


Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching in two-year college or high school settings.
