About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Analyst to join our team at Antech Diagnostics. As a Sales Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team in achieving their sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop competitive sales proposals that meet client needs and drive profitable growth.
  • Provide pricing guidance and support to the Sales team, leveraging your knowledge of Antech's product suite and pricing options.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from the Sales team to inform pricing strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales leaders and business partners.
  • Provide training and coaching to new Sales reps on existing processes and support the education of the Sales team on new processes and system changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of Sales or Sales Support experience, preferably in the veterinary industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the veterinary market and sales strategies.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence software and Excel.
