Job Description:

The Car Sales Finance Manager is a key role within Hertz, responsible for driving retail business growth, including sales, finance, and sales team management. This position requires a strong leader who can manage and lead the sales team, drive strong CRM metric accountability, achieve KPI targets, and support digital retailing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Retail Business: Oversee sales, finance, and sales team operations to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, drive strong CRM metric accountability, and support digital retailing initiatives.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying business needs, managing budgets, and analyzing sales data.
  • Support Digital Retailing: Collaborate with the sales team to support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy and other online sales platforms.
  • Finance and Insurance: Ensure completion of finance deal packages, promptly follow up on all missing documents and pending deals, and work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Experience in Auto Dealership and Car Sales: Required, with experience in auto financing and car sales regulations, auto lenders, and previous supervision or managerial experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to identify business needs, manage budgets, and analyze sales data.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective management skills, strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy and ability to use industry pricing tools, vehicle product knowledge, and other relevant software.
