Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver essential nursing care to patients as assigned.
- Patient Support: The RN will provide guidance and health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Collaborative Care: The Registered Nurse will work alongside other team members in the planning, execution, and assessment of nursing care and patient activities.
- Unit Management: The RN may assist with unit management responsibilities and/or take charge of the unit as required.
